By accessing or using Tenantie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tenantie is a property maintenance tracking tool for landlords with 1–5 rental properties. It allows landlords to receive, track, and manage maintenance requests from tenants. Tenantie is not a property management company, legal advisor, or financial advisor.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@tenantie.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Free plan is available indefinitely with limited features. The Pro plan is billed at $19 USD per month (or as otherwise displayed). Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time via Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit. By using the Service, you grant Tenantie a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.
When tenants submit maintenance requests via your property portal link, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store their information. Do not share portal links beyond your property's intended tenant(s).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated cost estimates are indicative only and not professional advice. Tenantie is not liable for any decisions made based on information in the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenantie's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
